RETURNS and REFUNDS

If there has been a mistake or you have received a damaged product, please contact us info@ruskaskincare.com

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Not-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are opened and used.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Exchanging a product

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same/right item, send us an email at info@ruskaskincare.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
